Health Insurance

Leaf & Cole will contribute 95% of a base medical plan for the employee.  Eligible on 1st day of month following 30 days of employment

  • $15,000 life insurance policy

  • Vision plan, 95% employer, 5% employee.

  • Optional supplemental plans, that include dental, hospitalization and accidental insurance are also available. 

 

 

  • Holiday Pay – 10 Days

  • Vacation - 80 hours/year. (Accrual begins on first date of employment) (120 hours for CPA licensed employees).

  • Sick Leave – 6 days per year, begins on first day of employment, but may not be used until 90 days of employment.

  • Leaf & Cole, LLP pays for required continuing education**, licensing, and membership dues.

  • Employee review after 90 days. Annual reviews performed each December

 

 

Our firm also offers fun team building events that have included: Padre’ Game Company Suites, Iron Chef cooking challenges, company retreats to Vegas, Palm Spring and Big Bear. We also host Fun League during our slower spring months that have included Trivia Nights, Mario Cart competitions and Texas Hold’em.

 

** Leaf & Cole, LLP pays for 40 hours of CPE annually (Up to a maximum of 60 hours through the California State Society.)
